Highlands Elementary School is a city school in a suburban setting. Located in the beautiful Rockford Park area of Wilmington, the school serves a diverse population of students.

We believe the elementary grades lay the foundation for lifelong learning. This is accomplished in a warm, caring, and nurturing environment where the staff is committed to meeting the individual needs of each student. We believe that each child matters.
